 Robert W. Guth
Robert Guth serves as Director of the Advanced Education Strategies Institute and has 20 plus years of professional experience in financial planning and financial management. He brings this expertise to the training programs at AESI.
Mr. Guth instructs several of the mandatory classes for the advanced training of financial advisors. Besides his academic credentials he has earned the prestigious Certified Wealth Smart Strategist (CWSS) designation in financial development. Mr. Guth also serves as a Director for Senior Resource Centers, a commercial financial entity.
Robert Guth has extensive experience as an educator, addressing audiences both in classroom presentations and on a more intimate basis in financial counseling scenarios.
 Mary Jo Malone
Drawing on tax auditing experience developed as a Certified Public Accountant and 20 years in the private sector as a CFO and Controller, Ms. Malone has served on several senior management teams and been responsible for budgeting, financial review, tax preparation, construction job costing, development of policies, procedures and keeping internal controls.
In addition, Ms. Malone has managed the modification and installation of computer hardware and software systems for several business pursuits to facilitate business office operations. She has routinely handled the review of loan documents, leases and other legal materials. Ms. Malone has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Bachelor of Science (BS/BA) in Accounting and Business Administration, Her accreditation as a Certified Public Accountant is licensed by the State of Michigan.
 Brian Havey
Mr. Havey has extensive credentials in the business sciences, including an MBA with broad specialties. He has enjoyed over 30 years experience in corporate management, serving as the Marketing Director for a number of prestigious national corporations.
This extensive experience is applied broadly at AESI. Mr. Havey assists with the preparation of curriculum materials, he serves as an instructor at AESI, and is responsible for the mentoring of financial advisors and others completing the advanced AESI courses.
Mr. Havey has been active as an educator, which includes having served as Professor of Economics at Sourthwestern College (Chula Vista, CA) for 12 years
 Robert C.Weaver, Jr. J.D.
Mr. Weaver holds a J.D. degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and a Masters in Business Administration from San Diego State University. He is licensed with the California Bar and in California and holds licenses as a real estate broker, life insurance agent and as a Class B Building Contractor.
Over his 40 year professional career in law and business, Mr. Weaver's experience includes extensive senior management, board of directors and general counsel positions with responsibilites ranging from financial analysis and planning, litigation, equity financing and capital development, to mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, and SEC filings in all areas.
Presently, Mr. Weaver serves as a Senior Mortgage Consultant with California Mortgage Consultants, is a principal in Weaver Realty and Mortgage, and is a principal at Abrams, Weaver, Templeton and Co. in San Diego, a financial, insurance and management consulting firm.
